Returns & Exchanges
No returns or exchanges will be granted without the
original receipt or proof of purchase provided to us.
A $15 shipping fee will be assessed for exchanges and will fly 2nd day air.
Avanti
Aloha Shirts/Dresses must be returned or exchanged within
30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise that
is damaged, soiled, or washed may not be returned or
exchanged. Avanti Aloha Shirts must be returned in re-saleable
condition -- this means the item is unworn, clean, and
undamaged, with original tags attached and original
packaging in tact.
Returns
or exchanges MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE, via e-mail

(808) 926-8628, or U.S. Postal Mail Service. Avanti
Aloha Shirts can be exchanged for another shirt of equal
value. Approval of return or exchange can only be granted
for merchandise that is purchased from one of our outlet
stores in Honolulu, Hawaii and from Avanti's website
at www.avantishirts.com.
After
you are authorized to return or exchange, the shirts
must be shipped via US Postal Certified Mail (signature
required upon receipt) to the following address:

Please
include sale receipts or invoices with all returns.
To no fault of our own, we will charge all customers
for shiping and handling cost.

the order has been processed. Orders
take anywhere from 24-72 hours for processing before
they are shipped from our store. For example, UPS 2
Day shipping means '2 days after the order has been
processed.'
